Inspired by the buzzing noodle stalls of Delhi and Chandigarh, our chow mein is wok-tossed over a roaring flame for that signature smoky 'wok hei' character. Springy noodles soak up garlic, soy and house sauces while staying perfectly al dente.
A hearty, satisfying main on its own or alongside our momos, Delhi Chow Mein is a Desi-Chinese classic served fresh at both Northeast Calgary locations. Add chicken or paneer to make it a full meal.
